For the over 30 years prior to 2009, and since the inception of PFP.net the company was a boutique financial services, approved Securities and Exchange Commission EDGAR filing agent and financial documents printing company based in Palo Alto California specializing in Corporate Finance, Public Finance and Mutual Fund transactions. In 2004 Don Horton acquired PFP.net and began to develop the company into what it is today.
